Tracking Information

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Nothoughtjustvibes.TCG is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Nothoughtjustvibes.TCG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged Packages

Preorder items have separate processing times listed on the product page. Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
